Quotes and scope

Website enquiries and initial estimates are not a final service contract. The approved written quote defines the vehicle, services, limitations, price and timing. Additional work requires customer approval.

Vehicle condition

Customers must disclose known water entry, contamination, electrical issues, prior treatments and material damage. Some stains, odours or material deterioration may be permanent. Remediation does not replace body, glass, seal, HVAC, mechanical or electrical repair unless specifically included.

Appointments and access

The vehicle must be accessible at the agreed time and free of valuables. Cancellation, rescheduling, payment and storage terms will be stated on the quote or appointment confirmation.

Website information is general and does not replace a vehicle-specific inspection. Customer vehicles differ, so past project results do not guarantee the same outcome for every vehicle.
